Add a new user
Only super users can add, modify or delete users.
If you are on a Premium plan, adding a new user will increase your monthly fee by 15$.
If you are on a Freemium plan, you can add users without being charged only the number of active products/services/jobs must not exceed 5 in order to remain in Freemium
Click on Billing Overview
Click on Add User and the form appears
Image : You must add the photo of the User
Job Title : This is the user position in the company
First name and Last name : enter the first and last name of the User
Email ID : This is the professional email that will also allow this user to connect to Sendbiz
Permissions : this is where you define whether this user is User or Super User
Password : You define a password for this user that he can use for his first connection and he will be able to change it when he has access to his dashboard by going to Profile -> USER - > Change password
